Payment
Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday-Friday, non-holidays, USA domestic and international orders. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, either for an exchange, merchandise credit, or a refund. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
Please notify us via email if you plan to return an item.
All returns must include the original transaction record or packing slip we provided and your phone number. Shipping refunds are only offered if we made a mistake in the listing or if the item is defective. During the Christmas selling season, merchandise may be returned until January 25.
Shipping
We are very proud of our excellent shipping record. Items shipping within the U.S. will be shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday-Friday. You will be sent an email when your item ships, including tracking information. A packing slip will be included with all purchases. Shipping will automatically combine and discount when purchasing multiple items. On most orders we only charge our actual cost for postage and handling. All items are carefully inspected and packaged in poly bags before shipping. We use quality shipping materials to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. All USPS Priority Mail shipments are insured.
Shipping To Canada
We are very happy to ship to our Canadian neighbors. Most Items ship First Class International Mail, delivered in 6-10 days, and prices range from $7.95- $14.95 for the first item, depending on the weight. Additional items, add about $4.00 each.
Tracking is available with First Class International Mail. Insurance and tracking is available with Priority Mail International Shipments; however, Priority shipment is more expensive. For all orders under 4 pounds, you have the option of First Class International or Priority Mail International.
Per USPS policy, all packages over 4 pounds will ship Priority Mail International, delivered in 4-10 days. We will ship your items within 24 hours of payment, Monday-Friday.
Multi Item Purchases
When purchasing multiple items, shipping will automatically combine and discount to our shipping special. Any shipping overpayments will be refunded.
